A) Management of IRC / ERC including renewal, amendment or extension
B) Support of expert’s transition (VISA, Work Permit)
C) Support and all related arrangement of VISA/Work Permit for visitors and/or expert
D) Communication or negotiation with Tax Authority
3. Office management
A) Purchase of office supplies, stationery or necessary items with proper stock management
B) Management of contracts
– Office rent
– Company car
– Printing machine
– Insurance
– Consultant company’s contract(s)
– Office cleaning service
– Security company
– Golf membership
– Any long term / interim contract(s)
4. Logistics.
A) Purchase of air tickets for employees’ business trip
B) Booking of hotel accommodation for employees’ business trip
C) Booking, arrangement and negotiation with hotel accommodations for visitors
D) Car arrangements for visitors
E) Company trip arrangement
F) Other business trip related issues
5. Supporting for Sales/Accounting
A) Supporting accounting team if required which is related works for Company
B) Correction of claim document including invoices.
6. Control for documentation
A) Controlling for document in/out to the customer, supplier or vendors, and/or execution team in Japan.
7. Project Execution
A) Support the communication among the customer, the project team in Japan and relevant parties, including the AP office and suppliers/ vendors.
B) Prepare project documents as required.
8. Guest receiving and another receptionist works
2) Support works for IT management
1. To grasp IT equipment conditions and report to IT management if necessary
2. To set up, maintain, fix, update or replace IT equipment under IT management’s instruction
3. To support IT management to appoint IT vendors in Vietnam
Report line: This position reports to Senior Manager of Sales (Vietnamese)
Interviews conducted in a hybrid format: in-person at the Hanoi office and online interviews (Interviews in English, 1-2 rounds)
