1) Direct, check, control the entire daily work plan of the Fleet management department
– Recheck the entire work plan including: registration/inspection/insurance; Maintenance/repair/replacement of spare parts, etc.
– Control all activities of the department under his/her responsibility
– Give direction to the proposal/desire of the personnel under the management of Fleet management
2) Report directly to the superior on all activities of the Fleet Management department:
– Send reports and be responsible to the Deputy Director for the content of the reports
– Send proposals for arising work, then summarize and send reports to the Deputy Director
3) Advise the superior on all issues related to vehicle management, personnel management of the Fleet management team:
– Advise/propose to improve the working efficiency of personnel as well as vehicles under the management of the department
4) Directly train and guide supervisors and employees under the management of the Fleet management team:
– Establish and implement input training/annual training plan (additional training knowledge) for all personnel of the department department
– Synthesize and analyze the causes of technical incidents that occur during daily work, then propose solutions to share with all department staff to gain experience
