Responsibilities

1. Research and develop new products according to the company’s policy for OEM or according to market needs.
2. Tire design: tire profile, tire pattern, tire lettering, tire curing mold.
3. Tube design: tube profile, tube lettering, tube curing mold
4. Design the structure of tubes and tires.
5. Making sample products and evaluate products by machines & by actual vehicle ( Motorbike & bicycle)

• Working hours: 8:10 AM – 4:30 PM (Monday to Saturday). Off on 4 Sundays and 2 Saturdays each month, with 12 days of annual leave.
• All public holidays as regulated by the state come with a small allowance.
• Lunar New Year bonus is usually more than 2 months’ salary.
• Salary increases annually in May based on KPI evaluations.
• There are 2 shuttle bus routes for employees from downtown Hanoi as follows:
  • Route 1: Hiace 06616: 1. Cao Đạt 2. Phan Chu Trinh 3. Hàng Tre 4. Yên Phụ (Opposite Yên Phụ gas station) 5. Ngã 3 Lạc Long Quân – Âu Cơ 6. Vân Trì (Đông Anh) IRV
  • Route 2: Hiace 05693: 1. Big C Thăng Long 2. Phạm Văn Đồng – Trần Quốc Hoàn 3. Phạm Văn Đồng (near Hòa Bình Park) 4. IRV
• Salary up to 15 million VND.

1. Education: University degree or higher in engineering or chemical technology.
2. Years of experience: At least 1 year
3. Skills:

•  Use proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft office
•  Good communication in English. Knowing Japanese is an advantage.
•  Priority is given to candidates who have worked in jobs related to design and development of new products.
•  Have knowledge of motorbikes or bicycles.
