Direct Sales Development (Primary Mission)
• Identify and approach new direct customers in the Northern region.
• Conduct sales visits to construction companies, M&E contractors, factories, and project owners.
• Collect project information (investment, design firms, contractor structure, etc.).
• Provide technical proposals, introduce products, and prepare quotations.
• Register and update sales opportunities in Salesforce.
Project Sales
• Conduct technical sales for building services, factory utilities, and water-related systems.
• Work with internal teams (logistics, technical support, sales admin) throughout project execution.
• Handle technical inquiries and escalate internally when needed.
• Manage schedules, deliveries, and documentation (including C/O when required).
• Manage gross profit and financial performance for each project.
Distributor Coordination (Secondary)
• Cooperate with distributors, when necessary, while keeping direct sales activities as the priority.
Reporting
• Attend weekly and monthly sales review meetings.
• Report customer visit plans, visit outcomes, and project progress.

Must Have
• Bachelor’s degree or higher (Engineering / Technical / Business).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a related industry (M&E, HVAC, firefighting systems, industrial equipment, or building equipment).
• Strong motivation for direct sales and new customer acquisition.
• English: Business level
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel within the Northern region.
Preferred
• Experience handling construction projects or factory utilities.
• Ability to understand piping or building services drawings.
• Experience working with Japanese companies or familiarity with Japanese working culture.
