Develop new direct customers and maintain long-term business relationships.
Achieve targets for order volume, sales revenue, and gross profit through direct sales activities.
Provide technical consultation to clients, including product selection, specification support, and solution proposals.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical training for customers.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., engineering, logistics, and customer service) to ensure smooth order processing and project execution.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and market feedback to management.
Provide post-sales technical support and address customer inquiries or issues in a timely manner.
Become proficient in using the CRM system for customer information management, sales progress reporting, and project tracking.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Age: Open to young and mid-career applicants (around 30 years old).
Language: English proficiency is required.
Experience:
- Preference for candidates with experience in construction, equipment, air conditioning, or water supply/drainage systems.
- Priority given to candidates with B2B sales engineering experience.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Adaptability: Candidates from other industries are welcome if they are willing to learn.

Exclusion Criteria: Candidates over 30 years old with only technical experience will not be considered.
