The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth, with a primary focus on the Dietary Supplements category, by developing new customers, strengthening key accounts, and expanding market presence. This position plays a key role in expanding market presence and strengthening long-term business relationships, focuses on developing and managing sales in MT pharmacy chains and build strong partnerships with distributors.
1. Market Development & Sales Growth
• Identify, target, and sign contracts with new partners across Wholesaler, Retail/Detail, and MT (Supermarkets/Convenience Stores) systems.
• Develop and manage distributors supplying to TT pharmacy and beauty shop channels.
• Develop and execute business plans for the product category aligned with the company’s overall objectives.
• Monitor periodic sales results and implement timely corrective actions to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
2. Key Account Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with major distributors and strategic partners within the FMCG/Supplement industry.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, promotions, and contracts within authorized budget guidelines.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through regular engagement and rapid problem resolution.
3. Market Intelligence & Strategy
• Collect and analyze market data, including competitor activity, product consumption trends, and price fluctuations.
• Propose sales strategies to expand market share in MT and TT channels
4. Operational Coordination
• Work closely with Logistic, Regulatory Affairs and Accountant departments to ensure smooth execution of promotional activities and logistics.
• Forecast product demand and develop contingency plans to minimize stock-outs.
