  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our Health & Beauty Care product portfolio in Modern Trade & Key Accounts.
  • Secure partnerships with leading retail chains such as Guardian, Watsons, Pharmacity, Lotte Mart, AEON, and other major supermarkets.
  •  Build and maintain strong relationships with category managers, buyers, and decision-
    makers.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, trade terms, and promotional campaigns to maximize sales.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on product positioning, branding, and promotional activities.
  • Ensure smooth order processing, inventory management, and on-time delivery with the logistics team.
  •  Achieve sales targets and generate performance reports for management.

  • Salary: 20,000,000 ~30,000,000 VND (Gross)

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Education: University graduated.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  •  Communication skills, ability to work independently, teamwork, Ms Office
  •  Intermediate in English
  •  English CV is required
  •  At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  •  Preferably with experience in the Cosmetic, Health & Beauty Care
