• Organize, manage, and oversee all management accounting activities: budgeting, cost tracking, and performance analysis.
• Develop management reports on a periodic basis to support the Board of Directors in decision-making.
• Lead internal audit activities: establish audit plans, conduct audits, assess compliance, and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with other departments to improve processes and strengthen financial and operational risk control.
• Train and guide team members on accounting practices and management skills.
